We provide one to one support or group training for subject experts and trainers to develop presentation skills, interactive skills and facilitation skills.

If you are new to the training role you will be looking for practical tools and techniques to use when running short training sessions in your area of expertise. Our "Subject Expert" programme will give you the skills you need to deliver effective training which sticks whether this is on a one to one basis or in small groups. The programme will combine taught modules with practical observation and feedback of training sessions. The training will be linked to the new occupational standards for learning and development.

More experienced trainers will benefit from workshops, coaching and support to develop their knowledge and expertise at managing groups and encouraging learning. Workshops can be provided on topics including: designing training to stick, alternatives to training courses, increasing participation in groups, conducting discussions and evaluation tactics.
