Team Away Days are an opportunity for a group of people who work together to focus on their future vision and goals. We see this as a positive, future looking opportunity and use a range of facilitation techniques to explore the challenges facing the team and to identify positive steps forward.
 A recent event was for a network of non-competing recruitment consultants who wanted to form an association. We worked with the group to identify their shared vision for the network and to identify possible challenges that they may have to face as a network. The result from the day was an agreement to form an networking alliance, a process that would help the group to share good practice and a developed sense of trust between all participants in each other. The network has proved invaluable during the challenging recruitment scene of 2009 and has enabled the network to provide valuable support and advice to each other.
