Running corporate inductions can be challenging to keep interesting. There is a lot of information to impart to a very diverse group of people. This is a game board we designed to help a client to explain their HR Benefits and Rules to new starters, it meant that the HR manager had the opportunity to talk and to listen to the new starters and this meant that they felt more comfortable reporting issues before they became major concerns.
