The workshop was excellent and Christine Bell is an excellent coach/tutor. I think she is one of the best trainers I have ever had the pleasure to meet.

Christine gave very clear and helpful advice on how to deal with and how to approach giving feedback. She made me think to give praise rather than negative responses and to think more positively.
