Many organisations are now committed to promoting volunteering amongst their employees.

We enable organisations to increase the value from these projects. We do this by establishing ways that the learning from these valuable community based experiences can be translated back into the organisation.

We have designed the strategy for employee volunteering for a major university, run awareness raising with volunteers about the transferable skills they have developed and have enabled employees to develop their management skills back in the workplace.

We have recently developed a workbook and team leaders toolkit for a project involving volunteering in six continents of the world.
