Facilitation

Facilitation is about a focus on real situations and challenges faced by organisations.  We work with you to explore the options that will solve the issue. We are skilled at visualising and creating a clear route map and structure that will let people share all their ideas, identify possible options and agree on an appropriate solution.

• Where there is confusion we will create clarity.

• Where there is hesitation we will create certainty.

• Where there is lethargy we will create a new sense of energy and urgency.

Bellthompson use a variety of techniques to ensure that everyone is involved in the journey. The route will usually involve identification of all the issues, creating a number of emergent themes, prioritising these themes and planning the next steps you want to take. We use creative tactics to add energy and innovation into the thought process.

Examples of Facilitation Projects

Vision and Values Consultation - A UK based charity wanted to consult its regional groups about the priority areas for investment over the next five to ten years. A daunting document was sent out and we helped one of the region to transform this into a lively participative dialogue with their members.

Employee Engagement - We designed a facilitation skills workshop for a northern University to develop the skills of focus group leaders  facilitating employee focus groups.

Knowledge Exchange - We designed a conference session for 150 senior managers and executives in the office products industry to read more ●●●●●
